My name is Lexus Kuhl, NTP

I am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). I love all things holistic health and wellness. I also enjoy spending my time going on long walks, lifting, and being with family.

My personal health journey started in first grade when I was diagnosed with Celiacs disease. This showed me how much of an impact diet has on both mental and physical health. It then continued when I suffered from severe anxiety in middle school. This kick started learning about my body and how to support it best. After I graduated High School, I got certified in Nutritional Therapy. As I continue to constantly further my knowledge, I help clients achieve their own health goals through diet and lifestyle changes.
